Dniester - pay for what?

In July Research and development enterprise Dniester canyon put in the payment for visiting of its territory. So now tourists must pay 4 uah/day for rafting on the Dniester river, and for staying on its banks as well. Only time will show if this initiative help to save the nature in this region or become the next example of the legal money deflation from tourists and tour operators in bottomless state pockets, on which the oligarchs feed up. But there is no a positive experience in this branch. We can’t see these thousand of hryvnias in the mountains, which are gathered for the visiting of Carpathian biosphere reserve, piles of trash further are gathered on the Chervonogradsky waterfall, there is still no road to the Krystalichna cave.
