Services of the equipment attendant, instructor-chief

 The value of attendant is 1500 UAH/ day + his transport (if you don’t order it in us) and nutrition.

The attendant helps to prepare the catamarans for rafting, shows how to load the things correctly, repairs the catamarans (if they need), gives the cues about good places for the stop etc. The group must help the attendant to pack the equipment and boats for the sleeping.

If group go with an attendant, the advance isn’t needed.

To his responsibilities are included:

• Arranging of excursions;
• General planning of the route;
• Finding places for the sleeping;
• Preparing of the food;
• Arranging of camp and installation of the tents.

If you need help in the points below – it’s better for you to order the chief services. The chief of rafting will help you to plan the route according to your needs, will suggest goad places for the stop, will find the optimal day-time passages, will show the local interesting places, will tell the local legends.

The value of chief’s services is 1600 UAH/day + his transport (if you don’t order it in us) and nutrition.

The chief in comparison with an attendant has a much experience, knows the area of rafting better, is in possession of the regional information.

Nutrition

Our cook can prepare simple dishes from our menu. The service is available only in complex and includes: the compilation of menu, buying and packaging of the products, food preparing in the place, the rent of the kitchen equipment. The participants wash their personal dishes by themselves. The cook needs the next help form participants: to bring the water, to provide the firewood (for the group with more than 8 members).

The nutrition value

1 ingestion – 200 UAH/person

This value doesn’t include the transporting of the products and equipment from Ternopil and back.

Terms of rent

1.To get the equipment for rent you need to grant and advance or to pay the services of the equipment attendant (look below).

           As an advance it can be:  

           - cash (full value of the rent unit)
           - valid passport
           - valid driving license

           The photographs on the documents must indentify the person presenting them.

2.If our instructor will accompany you, then you don’t need to pay an advance.
3.The payment for the rent of equipment must be provided before the getting of equipment.
4.The term of rent is counted in days (twenty four hours). If you arrange the delivery by yourself, then day of delivery and day of getting the equipment are not counted. The handing over of the equipment is at 3.00 PM, the accepting – till 3.00 PM. If you order the delivery in us, then days of in-move/departure from the river are added to the rent value. The departure from Ternopil is at 5.00 AM, coming back is till 10.00 PM.
5.For ordering the client must pay a 20 % of rent value as an advance. In the case of denial of the rent of equipment, the advance isn’t paid back.
6.The client is obligated to give back the equipment in the clean and dry look, as it was during its getting. If client gives back the rent equipment in the non commodity look (dirty, wet, curve pales or tubes) – the commodity must be gave back to the client for cleaning.
7.In the case of equipment damage during rent period because of careless using or using not as intended, the client pays the value of repairing. If equipment cannot be repair, then client pays all value of equipment.
8.If equipment were lost, the client pays all its value. The value of equipment is equal to the advance.
9.If pre-agreed term is exceeded, the client pays 140 % of the rent value for every day of the term exceeding. During the giving back of equipment earlier than pre-agreed term, the recount isn’t arranged.

The transport services
