Marathon in the Carpathians
13.10.2012 was successfully organized by our Tourclub "Marathon in the Carpathians" - one-day hiking through the Chornogora range from Kvasy to Shybenyy. Total distance - about 60 miles. The hikinr took about 17 hours and included clinbing to Petros, Goverla, Pip Ivan. Weather was good, the temperature about 10 degrees, sometimes light wind, partly cloudy, visibility was good, sometimes the path was covered by snow. The youngest participant - 16 years.
